JazzrockTV #38 Steve Lukather

We met Steve Lukather for an interview in Cologne while his “All’s Well That Ends Well” Tour. Steve talked about his life, the recent and future projects and other fun stuff.

Steve Lukather is well known as Guitar-Player, Singer and Founder of the legendary Band TOTO and multiple Solo releases. He started his career as studio session player for Boz Scaggs, Michael Jackson, Chicago and many more. With his musical fellows like Simon Phillips, David Garfield, Jeff Porcaro and many others he also released a lot of Fusion and Jazzrock related stuff like the “Los Lobotomys” and “El Grupo”.

Recent project of Steve have been the latest Steve Weingart & Renee Jones CD and the latest release of Derek Sherinian. He is also starting a tour with Joe Satriani and Steve Vai for their G3 project!
