JazzrockTV has been reporting on jazz rock & fusion for 15 years with interviews, concert recordings, sessions and information. Thanks to many fans, supporters and friends in Germany and around the world, JazzrockTV has firmly established itself in the world of jazzrock.
Georg Pilger & Ralf Schmitz present the German fusion quartet FEDERATION OF THE GROOVE with special guest PETER WENIGER (Peter Herbolzheimer, WDR, NDR, HR and SWR Big Band, Billy Cobham, Maceo Parker, and many more) and the Cologne funk band RADIUS in the usual relaxed atmosphere with talk and anecdotes.
JazzrockTV organizes this LIVE-SHOW with the support and in cooperation with Thomas Kimmerle and MUXX.TV on November 23, 2024 at the Pantheon Theater, Bonn.

Friends of JazzrockTV who have founded one of the best fusion formations in Germany. Federation of the Groove are Bruno Müller (git), Martin Sasse (keys), Claus Fischer (bass) and Hendrik Smock (drums), musicians who have known each other for a long time and always treat each other as equals in a friendly and respectful manner. Relaxed, but never lacking in tension, they combine their own creative ideas with their respect for tradition. In 2022, the quartet released an impressive album with their own fusion compositions and cover songs.
German saxophonist PETER WENIGER will be special guest for this special JazzrockTV anniversary. Peter Weniger is a founding member of the Bundesjazzorchester (BuJazzO) and has worked with all the major German big bands of WDR, SWR, HR and NDR. He has also played with Billy Cobham, Randy Brecker, Wolfgang Haffner and many more.

RADIUS is one of the hottest German funk bands and has been rocking the stages with its energetic music for over ten years. For their second album “Plans Tonight” (to be released in 2025), Radius has managed to get singer LEONORA. The 23-year-old German-Italian Leonora is one of the rising stars of the German funk-pop scene and an absolutely exceptional talent. With her powerful voice and refreshing lightness, she is reminiscent of artists such as Dua Lipa and Lizzo.
A well-oiled funk and soul machine that manages to bring an explosion of feel-good vibes and high-energy brass and guitar riffs to the stage. Everything is subordinated to the groove, sometimes reminiscent of Stevie Wonder and Vulfpeck, sometimes of a mixture of Bob Marley and Herbie Hancock.
Radius brings together the crème de la crème of German funk and pop musicians who have already worked with greats such as the WDR Big Band, Die Fantastischen Vier and pop stars like Nina Chuba.
