Mario Guarini is an italian session bass player and he released his debut album, featuring a long list of great musicians.
The the album “Now It’s My Turn” is fantastic fusion music not only for bass players. It has a wide bandwidth of styles that Mario perfectly got together in a very musically sense. From world music driven styles featuring Richard Bona) up to guitar driven power fusion. But even the lighter tunes (Tip: Nina Mia, featuring harmonica) are great music with a great jazzy vibe (and gladfully always stay away from the evil side of Smooth-Jazz).
